Debby Ryan, the Suite Life on Deck star, is the one who's in trouble...at least onscreen.

Ryan will play Hailey, an 18-year-old girl whom Amelia meets while in rehab. Say what? Yes, apparently our Amelia finds herself in rehab quite soon. The two ladies will cross paths during the two-hour Private Practice event on Nov. 17.

Fun fact of the day, Lovato's troubled character on Grey's Anatomy was also called Hailey. Maybe when Shonda thinks "troubled teen," she thinks "Hailey."

Private Practice | The introduction of young Mason will continue to uncork myriad emotions, but lovey-dovey looks between Cooper and one-time hook-up Erika will not be one of them, Paul Adelstein assures. “If it turns out to be Cooper’s child, that means having a relationship with the kid’s mother as well – but not a romantic relationship,” he told me. “I mean, he’s happily married.” (On that note, a chorus of CharCoop fans cheer!) Still, Cooper having Mason in his life will often mean allowing Erika into his orbit as well. “It’s not like this kid is 20 years old and living on his own,” the actor notes. “With an 8-year-old, you’re going to be dealing with the kid’s parent. Ausiello: The two-hour intervention episode on Nov. 17 centered on Amelia “doesn’t follow the regular format of the show,” Caterina Scorsone told us at TV Guide Magazine‘s Hot List Party on Monday. “Because it’s an intervention, everyone is involved in one storyline…. We were all on set every day. That’ll be amazing to watch.” Not surprisingly, Amelia doesn’t take kindly to the ambush at first. “She definitely has some resistance,” says Scorsone. “She interacts with each character individually, and they gave her their input and she gives it right back to them. It’s not the easiest episode to watch.”

Question: Is there any news about a possible crossover this season between Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy? —Ingmar
Ausiello: Derek and Mark will make a cameo of sorts in Thursday’s two-hour, intervention-themed Private Practice when addict-on-the-attack Amelia hits Addison where it hurts — her heart and womb — by suggesting that Ad’s own obsession (with having a baby) is what drove away Derek and Mark in years past. Amelia also says Sam was smart to not want to start a family with her. (Ouch!) She then says Rosemary’s baby would not want to live among the tumbleweeds in her uterus. (Double-ouch!) Amelia also unloads on Pete and Violet, but, unlike Addison, they take the sticks and stones in stride. In fact, they have a good laugh about it later.

Ist das das erste mal, dass Jake sozusagen als Teil der Praxis dabei ist? Ich war ganz überrascht, als er gesagt hat "Twelve."

Auf YT hat jemand kommentiert, dass Addie hoffentlich keine Fehlgeburt hat durch den Stress ... Na, erst mal muss das eh funktionieren, was wohl relative selten der Fall ist. Aber da bin ich auch sehr gespannt!

Uuuuh, Caterina Scorsone bekommt ja praktisch ein eigenes Special... und es sieht auch noch echt interessant aus - die Folgen muss ich definitiv auf meinen "Wenn-ich-denn-jemals-Zeit-für's-Anschauen-hab"-Stapel legen.
Caterina Scorsone hat wegen ihrer Rolle als "Alice" definitiv meinen Platz als Lieblingsschauspieler bei PP eingenommen.

What can you tease about the two-hour episode of Private Practice? —Jessica
NATALIE: As you might expect on an episode about Amelia's intervention, her brother Derek Shepherd will make an appearance! It won't mean things go smoothly though, as Amelia will turn the tables on her friends by exploiting their faults — Addison's inability to have a child, Pete's recent heart attack — causing two of the bunch to have very Izzie-like reactions.

Natalie's Mega Rave: As the elevator doors closed, Amelia defiantly showed Charlotte the second prescription pad she snuck past her. It was a chilling face-off. Private Practice's talented supporting cast has come to the fore, and we welcome it.  Maybe now the Emmys will notice too.

Ich glaube nicht, dass Addie ein Baby kriegt. Sie mag schwanger sein, aber ich glaube nicht, dass sie zum Schluss wirklich ein eigenes Baby haben wird.
